Who this applies to

This policy covers frunza.net and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover the handling of goods after a sale — that is governed by the contract and documents for each shipment.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you submit the quote form, that is:

• Your name, company, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• The products, quantities, destination port and shipment month you ask about
• Any message you add to the enquiry

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested page and time — for security and to keep the site running.

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry and send you availability and pricing
• To prepare a quotation and the documents that go with it
• To keep a record of what was agreed for a given shipment

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing. We will pass them to a carrier or inspection body only where a shipment you have bought requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour a repeat order or answer a query about a past shipment. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
