MOQ depends on product and packing. Reefer container loads
are typically 18–26 metric tonnes, and we can quote
part-container or palletised quantities on request. Send us
the product, packing and destination and we will confirm
what is viable for the current season.
To your specification: waxed and ventilated cartons,
punnets, clamshells, mesh bags, and open-top or ventilated
crates for bulk. Private-label printing and barcoding are
available on qualifying volumes.
We work to BRC Global Standards and GLOBALG.A.P.
requirements, with HACCP-based food-safety plans and
ISO 22000-aligned management. Every shipment carries a
phytosanitary certificate issued by the relevant Egyptian
authority. Current certificates are shared on request.
Refrigerated sea freight to Europe typically takes
10–16 days, to the Gulf 7–12 days, and to East
Asia 20–28 days. Air freight is available for
high-value or short-lead-time lots. We quote the realistic
transit time for your port.
Standard terms are an advance against a proforma invoice,
with the balance arranged before vessel cutoff. Irrevocable
letter of credit at sight is accepted for larger contracts.
Terms are agreed in writing before any goods are
committed.
Commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary
certificate, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and
any certificates your customs authority requires —
typically a certificate of free sale or a residue analysis
report. Tell us the destination up front and we prepare
the exact set.
Product is pre-cooled within hours of harvest, held in
cold rooms at crop-specific temperature and humidity, and
loaded into pre-cooled reefer containers. Temperature is
logged, and data loggers can be fitted per container on
request.

weather, ask us for current availability before making firm
plans — we will tell you straight if a crop is early,
late or finished.
Yes, on qualifying volumes. We can print your own
cartons, punnets and labels, and apply EAN or importer
